How do I make a purchase?

After you add products to your cart, please pay attention to your cart, follow the instructions, complete your shipping address and payment account information, then confirm the order.

How can I check my order status?

Please pay attention to whether there is any deduction information in your payment account. When you place an order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. If a deduction occurs but you do not receive an order notification email, please contact our customer service immediately.

How do I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order within a short time period after placing your order. To cancel your order, sign in to your account, find the order in your purchases, click "Details" and then click "Cancel Order" to start the request process. If the "Cancel Order" button is disabled, the window to cancel has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation. We're unable to cancel an order beyond this time period.

Your payment method will not be charged if we are able to cancel your order. If we're unable to cancel your order, your payment method will be charged and your items will be shipped to you. We always have free returns by mail and in store.

What if my item arrives damaged?

How do I track my order?

Go to your Account page and click on the order you're interested in tracking. You'll find the order number next to each of the items that has shipped. Once we ship your order, we'll also send you an email with your tracking information so you'll have it on hand.

Do you provide CO2 refilling services?

Sorry, we don't support refilling gas service now, But this is part of the future plan and we will post it on the website when we are ready.
